DIET

~ Moving up the detoxification levels encourages the mobilisation of toxins. From wholefood plant based up to water fasting. I only recommend short juice and water fasts.

~ I don’t believe it is safe for the modern human to do long dry and long water fasts.

~ It’s important to move between levels. Between cleansing and building.

~ Most intense toxin mobilisation to least intense:

#1 ~ Short water fasts (24 – 72 hours max)

#2 ~ Short juice fasts (1 – 7 days depending on adrenal health)

#3 ~ Fruit & greens only

#4 ~ Raw vegan zero fat

#5 ~ Raw vegan with around 15% fat

#6 ~ High raw vegan with cooked mucusless vegetables

#7 ~ High raw vegan with cooked mucusless vegetables and around 15% fat

#8 ~ Wholefood plant based with zero NO FOODS and minimal mucus forming vegetables, pseudu grains and legumes.

#9 ~ If someone isn’t ready or doesn’t desire to give up animal products entirely, bivalves may be consumed and only if absolutely necessary small, white wild fish in small amounts with lots of leafy greens. These are the least obstructive, congesting and problematic animal foods.
