About

I am passionate about living a healthy, balanced, fulfilling life and helping others on their path to optimal health and wellness.

Knowing our limitless potential as human beings is vital and understanding the importance of nurturing our body, mind and spirit.

I am a nutrition enthusiast and am seriously in love with organic, whole foods that our bodies are able to optimally digest and assimilate, and the magic they work on our bodies daily. Nourishing us physically and emotionally.

I am crazy about preparing healthy meals with love and want to share my techniques and methods with the world.

I am an aspiring integrative clinical nutritionist specialising in therapeutic nutrition for chronic disease management. Currently on a study break but hope to be finished in the next 3 years so I can change lives.

I am on my own healing journey that began many years ago with the diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome after years of unexplained and debilitating symptoms. The past four years I have been self educating, making drastic changes to my lifestyle and diet to heal myself with the help of various health practitioners, modalities, ‘healers’, diets, cleanses, books, google, pubmed and medical systems such a Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. After many years of searching for the cause of the horrific symptoms I experience I was finally diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease with co-infections. A tick borne illness that if detected early and treated has very good outcomes, but if left untreated can cause serious health issues in the long term. I have been advised to take antibiotics for 12 months or more. I have opted for a natural approach leaving the drugs as a last resort.

Suffering has a noble purpose: the evolution of consciousness and the burning up of the ego. -Eckhart Tolle

  3. Wishing you the best for the next chapter in your return to health. I’m also excited for you at the prospect of starting your own practice. Are you able to share where you are receiving naturopathic-based treatment for Lyme prior to any possible medical route? Best wishes.

Yes, I am currently seeing Dr Nicola Mcfadzean a naturopath from San Diago via Skype. She is wonderful. My doctor Dr Andrew Ladhams referred me to her.
